Between 18:55 and 19:15 we experienced a performance degradation. During this 20-minute period, there was high ingest latency, slow UI responsiveness, and an increase in all web request timeouts.

We believe the issue was the result of a problematic query. We're very sorry for the trouble this caused you all! We have some upcoming changes that should prevent this sort of issue from cropping up in the future. For now, we'll continue monitoring performance.
